It has the most beautiful location set amongst the jungle and waterways of Rio Dulce, the rooms are accessed by a boardwalk and there is a beautiful pool for cooling off on hot days. They have developed so many lovely places to sit and relax listening to the jungle sounds or birdsong and even a small area with yoga mats to do some exercise. The dining area is a large open plan open sided platform with tables to share with other guests or to eat on your own if you prefer. The food is prepared fresh and is simple but delicious. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and doors onto a small balcony overlooking the rest of the resort. The staff were all so lovely and especially Freddie who gave us all the information we needed for the trip we booked and ferried us back and forth to Rio Dulce Town. We absolutely loved Boatique and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.

Staff really catered to our needs and gave us local suggestions and instructions. It felt like a personalized experience. I will definitely stay here again.

Simply wonderful. The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. It's truly beautiful....My baby lovely husband and our baby love it as a family we love this place....Thank you to all......Milton, Wilton, Maria....

Hostal Blood Moon er staðsett í Rio Dulce og er með setlaug og sundlaugarútsýni. Þetta gistihús er með ókeypis einkabílastæði, sólarhringsmóttöku og ókeypis WiFi. Super awesome host. Very accommodating and helpful! Included complimentary simple breakfast - pancakes, banana, and coffee freshly made. I arrived with a car so needed a parking space. The parking was available. No issues there. Bed was comfy and clean.

Hotel Real del Rio er staðsett í Rio Dulce, 5,5 km frá Castillo de San Felipe de Lara og býður upp á útsýni yfir sundlaugina. Nice parking if you come with a vehicle. Rooms are nice and clean. The sea water reaches right to the edge of the hotel.

The hotel is on a peaceful part of the river. The rooms are rustic but nicely done and very clean. We were worried about not having air conditioning but the fan worked well and we slept great. It cools down considerably at night. Shower has hot water and was better thanks shower in Flores. Free pick up and drop off in Rio Dulce with good communication. Meals were excellent and well priced. We used their tour to go up the lake to Livingstone and it was a highlight of our trip. We also rented a kayak to paddle across to the castle and along the river.The owners are very nice and helpful. If you are debating about staying here versus either Rio Dulce or Livingston, we definitely recommend Kangaroo. The towns are not nice to stay in.

If you are into nature, this place was amazing! They offer lots of extra things to do, hiking, kayaking trip, etc. There were so many wildlife opportunities including turtles, crocodiles, snakes, birds, monkeys..so much more! The accommodations were excellent and the food was tasty!!

Situated right on the water, this hotel offered a beautiful restaurant, hammocks to relax in, and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The room was very clean, the shower had good hot water and pressure.
