Very accommodating and helpful! Included complimentary simple breakfast - pancakes, banana, and coffee freshly made. I arrived with a car so needed a parking space. The parking was available. No issues there. Bed was comfy and clean.

It is noisy die to the road but if you live in the city it is the same amount of noise. We were so tired from our trip from Mexico city and went straight to Rio dulce it was easy for us to fall a sleep Also pick up (collectivo/public boat) from the hotel to Livingstone and other river lodges

Hotel Kangaroo y Restaurante er með garð, sameiginlega setustofu, veitingastað og bar í Rio Dulce. Gistirýmið býður upp á herbergisþjónustu, alhliða móttökuþjónustu og gjaldeyrisskipti fyrir gesti. We loved the location on the river and the cheap kayak rentals. The food was good and reasonably priced. Definitely worth the money!

Hotel Hacienda Tijax Jungle Logde er staðsett í Rio Dulce, 6,2 km frá Castillo de San Felipe de Lara og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, veitingastað og bar. Lovely lodge in the jungle. Suggestive location with rooms in the canals with crocodiles (don’t worry they wont eat you!). Rooms were perfect for being a lodge. A couple of nice activities are available such as a walk in the jungle and kayak in the lake. Most pleasant surprise was the food… simply extraordinary for a low price compared to Europe, and I’m quite picky usually as Italian.

I did not visit their restaurant but I heard nothing but good things about this place. I would definitely stay here again,.

Mar Marine Yacht Club býður einnig upp á nuddþjónustu og ókeypis WiFi.... We booked this hotel as we were driving to our destination. I called and asked if they would let us check in at midnight and they were happy to have us. When we arrived, they greeted us, showed us to our room, and said we could deal with the paperwork in the morning. When we woke up in the morning, I was astounded by their beautiful location, tranquility around the river, and excellent restaurant. The paperwork was fast and we had a delicious meal before continuing on our journey.I wish we had more time to enjoy their pool and riverfront views.
