In the Rio Dulce river near a 16th century castle the Tortugal Boutique River Lodge peninsula is bathed by almost constant on shore breezes providing a cool and refreshing place. The manager - Angela - is incredible! A true hospitality professional (rare in Central America!) & excellent travel advice. She the reason our stay was as amazing as it was! The hotel itself is beautiful, We stayed in the "Enchanted Cottage", which was just lovely. The entire property has charming board walks and paths. The restaurant was ideal - delicious menu!

Simply wonderful. The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. Very accommodating and helpful! Included complimentary simple breakfast - pancakes, banana, and coffee freshly made. I arrived with a car so needed a parking space. The parking was available. No issues there. Bed was comfy and clean.

Great if you want to experience somewhere peaceful and quiet. Can only be reached by boat. The hotel provides complimentary boat transfer upon check-in and check-out. Staff was fantastic, especially Ronaldo. He was able to speak English and helped me arrange a boat tour as well as a shuttle to my next destination.

The staff is very helpfull and the natural area just amazing! I can highly recommend staying here. Nothing better than a pool after 3 weeks of Bus travelling through guatemala.

Nanajuana Río Dulce has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Río Dulce. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge, a garden and barbecue facilities.... Lovely pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful place. Food and cocktails very good though quite expensive.

It has two big pools, one for kids and the other for adults. The restaurant has a nice view of the lake and it has great food and a variety of options for everyone. The room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning.
