Lovely private villas in an oak forest right next to sea coast. We really appreciate the "green" aspect of the villas, which have been built in an oak forest leaving the cooling tree cover and privacy. The beach is next to the property and you really get the best of combination of being in a quiet secluded spot but 2 minutes away from the water at the same time. We found the villas to be spacious, with two separate bedrooms, a large living room, and a nice terrace.

Staff is always helpful and smiling. Food is delicious with reasonable prices and rich breakfast. Pool is super clean and view from the pool is amazing! There is also a beach just few meters away or you can get a cab to Šimuni beach 15 min away and enjoy some activities, or take a nice 10 min walk to the city where they have plenty of restaurants and public beach. We will definitely come back again!

The location is exceptional— right on the seafront, next to an incredibly beautiful beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of local wine. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of food, and the bar offers refreshing summer cocktails. The pool area is also great, well-designed, and comfortable. I would gladly return here again!
