The staff from the reception to housekeeping to restaurant to security are really nice and helpful! Everyone working there is the hotel’s best asset. They are all very kind and polite and are genuinely and sincerely helpful. I’d like to mention the servers and the manager in the restaurant who have been very attentive to the guests all the time. I wish I can name them all but I hope that all of them are recognized and awarded for the great service they are providing to the guest. If there is one reason I would stay in this hotel again, it will be the staff! Keep up the good work! Stay safe and I hope to see you all again when we visit Jakarta!

Zzz Malang is hands down the best budget-friendly hostel in town. The dorm room was spacious and had good ventilation. The bunk beds were comfortable, and each bed had its own power socket and towel. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked with essentials. The hostel is in a quiet area, but a 10-minute Grab ride takes you to the train station. Lila was very welcoming and helped me book transport to Yogyakarta. Highly recommended for backpackers looking for comfort without breaking the bank!

Casa de Vie Tunggulwulung en Malang, está situado a 3.5 km de Museum Mpu Purwa y cuenta con hospedaje climatizado con WiFi gratis, así como acceso a una terraza. The location is in residential area that is very calm, chill, we never hear any prayers sound. Their bed is really good quality, we really had a good sleep. We went to nearby restaurant, Sate Klayu that has good food and nice view, walked in the rice paddles near the area and it was very relaxing.. We took all the tours they have, Bromo, Tumpak Sewu and Paragliding which surprisingly very cheap and fun! The house is super clean, it has everything we need. The staffs are very attentive, always take care of us by WA all the time, clean our room when we are outside. They gave us earplugs so we can rest well although our room is in front of the dining room. This is the first time of my traveling in Asia, a local homestay get very detail by providing amenities like this… and they gave apple juice for free, apparently it is is the local famous drinks from Malang and Batu city. They told me they have Batik Workshop coming in but sadly we have to leave. Definitely a come back! This place is one of a kind, totally recommend :))
