Pyykkitupa siisti ja hyvin pidetty, kuten hotelli yleisestikin. Todella mukava henkilökunta. Auttavaisia, ystävällisiä ja aidosti lämminsydämisiä ihmisiä. The Botanica Sanctuary is a peaceful haven that combines beauty, relaxation and discovery. Comprised of 166 luminous rooms – including 38 Suites, two restaurants and a rooftop infinity pool. Extraordinary place!! Excellent location kn a huge parc with serene trees and plants, nice temperature! You don’t need AC in the night! The food is excellent!! Especially the breakfast buffet is the best I ever had on all my travels in ALL Asia!! Staff is super friendly and excellent trained. One of the best hotels and locations I’ve been! Thanks to April for her kind service!

Staffa are friendly and helpful. They allowed us to checkin early as well. Facilities are new and great. Location is perfect. Easy access to Malioboro Street with full of food options and shopping. Will definitely stay again

Very friendly staff, with kitchen fridge, common area to socialize. 15mins walking from the noisy main road. Didn't hear anything from the hostel though

Located 15 km from Watu Dodol, Good Feeling Ijen Banyuwangi is set in the Banyuwangi district of Banyuwangi. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. Quiet hostel and neighborhood. At my arrival some advices were provided about, among other, recommended places where to eat in the neighborhood. There was also a place within the premises to park the scooter that I rented near the train station.

Located in Banyuwangi, 15 km from Watu Dodol, Zzz Ijen Hostel provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Great staff, they really make you feel welcome. They had some university students doing some cooking with was fantastic and cheap. Amazing value for the price.

To begin with, I would say that the overall hospitality offered by the Front Office Manager, Guest Relation Officer and Front Office team were completely exceptional. I received a text from Ms Jeslin a week before my departure to Jakarta and she introduced herself as the dedicated Guest Relation Officer cum personal point of contact during my stay with the Grand Platinum Hotel. We had a chat and I made a few requests regarding the stay i.e. wheelchair for my mum upon arrival at the hotel and room with a nice view, since this is my parents first trip to Jakarta. To make it more special, it was a belated birthday trip for my father. Little did I know, the team prepared a wonderful surprise for us upon our arrival at the hotel and the cute decoration with thoughtful wishes for us at our room. There was even a welcome card by the Front Office Manager (Tan) on our bed. We really love all the doodles on the mirrors that they did. Looking at all these, we nearly forgotten the tiring journey that we had from Bandung to Jakarta. Well, it didn't stop there. Jeslin also texted me if everything is fine and if we need their assistance throughout our stay. My parents really love the ambience of the hotel, the hospitality, the spacious room and the breakfast spread albeit our short stay. Variety of scrumptious food offered for the breakfast and we really enjoyed it. We received a nice Java batik pouch with thank you card from the team upon check out. Thank you very much to Tan and our Guardian Angels i.e. Maya, Jeslin, April and Mega for the awesome hospitality throughout our stay. We truly appreciate it. We will definitely repeat this trip and stay at the Grand Platinum hotel.
