He was polite and professional and shared all the options possible for any question I had. The duty Manager was also of great help, very courteous and professional for the extra booking I had to do. The Front Office Staff at The Leela Mumbai was definitely best lot that I have seen in a long time as compared to some other 5 star hotels

Mrunali not only assisted with getting medication but also checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Our room was pure 5-star luxury—extremely comfortable bed, stunning view of the mangroves, and a beautiful bathroom that made it feel like a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Plus, gym and Wellness Spa were unreal. Taj The Trees is more than a hotel—it’s an experience. We’re so grateful for the warmth and generosity we received, and we can’t wait to return.

The homestay has family rooms. Had a great stay here- the owners were so kind, and organised a day trip for me which was brilliant. Great home cooked breakfast, and had the best meal of my trip on the day out. Really close to the train station as well. Can’t recommend enough.
