I did have an absolutely amazing time at Turtle hostel. Amazing service and one of the few places to have a parking facility. It would take a bit of skill to park considering the busy streets of Udaipur. However this place has an amazing view to lake Pichola and all the bustling places. The service is amazing and the hosts were great to accommodate requests, and readily available to hear the same. The room was clean, cozy and the terrace had a view of the whole city.

From the moment that they picked me up from the train station after midnight and we cruised through the Fort late at night, cobblestone streets, the sandstone walls standing tall as though to welcome me home. A welcome chai, even when late, Haleem and Bhanu are always looking out for you! The vibe is super chilled and friendly and in my time there I met some amazing people from all over the globe! Something about their warmth that seems to attract great people. They’ll help you to organise everything you need including time in the desert. And what I loved most, is that they will organise it to suit what your own unique needs are! We like everything but first let me talk about the host. Raksha and Lokesh are best hosts you could get in this beautiful city. Very polite very hospitable. Rooms were specious. View from rooftop is THE BEST. Home away from HOME kinda feeling. Mehrangarh is walkable if you wish to trek up. Blue lanes are at walkable distance. Markets, clock tower is nearby. The property is more than 400 year old very well kept heritage . Cleanliness is 10/10. They have decorated each and every corner of the house. The welcome when we arrived was heartwarming. Thanks for opening your house so that travelers like us could experience this heritage, culture just like locals.

BlaBla Hostel poskytuje pokoje v destinaci Džódhpur. Jen 3,7 km odtud se nachází Mehrangarh pevnost a Jodhpur železniční stanice je 2,1 km daleko. It was a short stay, but I had a great stay at BlaBla Hostel! The place has a really chill vibe, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. They have a cafe at the rooftop, but since my visit was off season, it's currently closed (I'd come back for that to try their food for sure!) You can also watch the sunset and sunrise at their rooftop and have a good view of the Mehrangarh Fort. The rooms are clean and cozy, and I love that they have pictures on the walls of the higlights of Rajasthan, especially the famous movies taken there. They have a perfect location as well. A few minutes walk to the Step Well, Clock tower, the market, and the Blue City. But what really made the stay special were the owners. Himanshu and Piyush are super friendly and always ready to help with anything, whether it's local tips or just good conversation. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Would totally recommend it if you're visiting Jodhpur! (Because I will come back! I have a lot of places I still need to visit.)

I liked everything about the place. It has a great location, the room was very big and nice, it was also clean too. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with great views, it is perfect for starting the day and having breakfast there or to end the day with gorgeous views of the Pink City and a cool beer. The staff were lovely even when they don't speak English, but they will try to meet your needs all the time. Last, Guru, the owner, is very welcoming host too, great personality.
