Fun, welcoming, clean, positive vibes, kind staff, flexibility. I was really taken care of! It was my third time at the hotel, I took part in the Florence Marathon this year. (Perfect for all marathoners to stay!) Mary was an angel along with Lorenzo, Olga, I was helped in so many ways from being able to check in earlier as my room was fortunately ready. I was super tired and that super kind gesture without me requesting went a long way. Being allowed to use the shower next to the gym after checkout was any marathoner’s dream (super grateful) and hairdryer (so I didn’t get ill) I will definitely be back again for another race or stay and highly recommend other friends. The location is also perfect. This year I stayed in Heaven 🫶🏼 Thank you very much to all the staff that made it memorable and for your hospitality and flexibility! Special thanks to the staff members who facilitated the hairdryer and brought it to me🫶🏼

Her er aircondition, gratis wi-fi og en have. 5 days at the Pietrapiana Boutique apartments, and I thought I could actually live in this apartment full time. There's a helpful small guide 8.5 x11 with suggestions on restaurants and neighborhood places that are of interest. Well, suffice to say all was better than well, Caterina was exceptional in the quick and helpful replies. She set up an almost last-minute decision on my part taxi ride to train station on the last day in Florence. The apartment and it's building, is spotlessly clean, brightly illuminated. There's a courtyard where you can sit, relax, read, and have a gelato. The accommodations are excellent. Location excellent, many small shops, restaurants, pasticceria, grocery mini-markets very nearby. I could not figure out the bus stops, where and what times, but that's my lack of knowledge on city environments. Florence is , in my now partially experienced opinion, what you read about it in travel information books. One and only one suggestion. The TV, no reception without having your own active Netflix, YouTube streaming service. Happy and Safe travels.

Arte' Boutique Hotel ligger i Firenze, under 200 meter fra Accademia-galleriet. Dette hotel har fælles opholdsstue og concierge-service. I really enjoyed the location, the room and the service. It was excellent from the beginning to the end. I did my weddingproposal on the roofterrace of the penthouse room. The manager of the hotel helped me with the planning and arranged everything so we had a perfect night to remember. Overall an excellent hotel with very qualititave personnel.
