We had a room overlooking Piazza Santo Spirito, my favourite church in Florence! With the two sets of windows, we couldn't hear anything from the piazza below. The room has been designed with care, including plenty of hangers and hooks. Breakfast isn't included on the premises, but there is an espresso machine and kettle in the room for warm beverages, plus biscuits to help get you going in the morning, and a mini fridge (I brought yogurts). Filippo and Gregorio were very kind hosts too!

I have no words to describe the hospitality of this boutique hotel, amazing! So many nice small details in the room each day, from a small mat on each side of the bed before night followed by a small good night card and candies, new towels a few times a day, great scent of the room and the hall. We had a lovely 2 nights here and will be back for sure! A big plus for a reliable valet parking. They conveniently let you park your car in front of the hotel and call guys from the garage to pick it up and drive away to the garage, and when you need it again just let them now 40ish minutes before and the car awaits you in front!

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Florence – only a 4-minute walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Parking is available nearby for an extra fee, which also solves the ZTL issue – very convenient. The hotel itself is spotless, with stylishly designed rooms and a cozy inner courtyard. There’s an elevator to the upper floors. Finding it is easier by the house number, as the entrance looks like a regular apartment doorway and the sign is quite small. The hotel offers a light breakfast nearby and includes a small savory sandwich, a sweet pastry, coffee, and juice. It’s simple but a nice option. It was more than enough for us. Rooms are well-equipped with slippers, shower gel, shampoo, tea, and coffee. There are also soft drinks in the fridge for an additional charge. The hotel provides excellent extra services such as guided tours and help with booking tickets to Florence’s museums. We didn’t have time for the tours, but we bought Accademia tickets through them and paid directly at the hotel – very convenient. This is amazing service, we were delighted to have these options available. Thank you! Great value for money overall. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. If we come back to Florence, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Palazzo dei Conti Residenza d'Epoca está ubicado en el centro de Florencia, a 7 minutos a pie de Palazzo Vecchio y a 400 metros de Santa María Novella. Location was extremely convenient , very clean and tidy. Very good , supportive and friendly staff . After hours check in instructions / process were very clear and smooth . The breakfast experience is very good , coffee was excellent .

Un edificio antiguo renovado con varios apartamentos de alquiler. Muy buena ubicación. Para recomendar y para volver.
