The breakfast was good with a choice of Italian antipasti and good coffee. Nice and helpful staff at the reception and bar. The hotel is a bit away from the old city but in few steps from one of the best restaurants we’d visited in Italy, this helped a lot to get a right impression and mood 😊

Flippo welcomed us when we arrived, he gave us a lot of tips of the city map before showing us the room to settle in. The room we got was gorgeous and very comfortable in size, I love that we had a small dining bar for us to have coffee and biscuits. The bed linen was super nice and the housekeeping kept everything neat and clean everyday. I love the soundproof double windows and the view we had of the square was amazing. Flippo was very responsive to our texts and even check in on us the day before we depart. I love that the location was not in the main tourist area and yet there are many food options around. Would definitely come back!

We stayed in this place just for one night, but it was great choice. Rooms are clean, breakfast great, very near to city center to visit many famous places in Florence and also great communication, helpful and nice staff. And that view from room was georgious ;).
