Just an amazing hotel, short walking distance from the train station and all main attractions. I am an architect, so I booked this hotel on purpose to check the design out and enjoy the space. And it didn't disspoint me. I picked "paradise" white room, it was quite big, very clean, with everything, really EVERYTHING you may need during your stay. The balcony was lovely and I have spent some quality time there with complimentary tea enjoying my book.The bed was very comfortable, and shower had a good pressure. There is a also a nice courtyard/garden in the middle of the hotel for an aperetiv.

Although we were only there for 1 night they upgraded our room at no additional cost. The room was beautiful and the view of the river stunning. We received complimentary drinks and had a fantastic breakfast. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable.

Everything was exceptional, making our stay a really wonderful experience. The staff were extremely nice with us throughout our stay, and they were like that with everyone. The reception was impeccable, valet as well. The parking was a bit on the expensive side, but it's right in the center of Florence. The room was perfect, cleaning of the rooms was perfect as well. Would definitely recommend and come back here. The location of the hotel is 5-10min walk to the most important places in Florence as well!!

A block from Accademia, a few blocks from the Duomo, across the street from a fantastic gelato place... It was nice. It was also the only place we stayed in Italy that actually had AC (other 2 places claimed to have it, but didn't). I loved the tub in the room, and that they had a smart tv to watch Netflix in the evenings when we were relaxing. They also had a cleaning service come in every day.

Very clean and newly renovated, located in the middle of everything but not noisy at night. The receptionist, Samuela is also very friendly and she gave us great recommendations on local favorite’s restaurants!

Pietrapiana Boutique Apartments asub Sant'Ambrogio turust 200 m kaugusel. Majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Kõikides majutusruumides on konditsioneer ja lameekraaniga televiisor. The apartment is clean, well designed and kept. It has everything you need from apartment for a nice stay. Also the inner garden is very nice, although we didn’t use it this time. Host, Caterina is very responsive and professional. Location is very good, close to everything you might need and want during your stay in Florence.
