A sauna is available for guests, along with a hot tub. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The Cinque Terre Hub Suite was a newly constructed building. They provided me with a parking space for 15 euros per night. The owner of the place (Giuliano) provided exceptional assistance throughout my stay, including the opportunity for self-check-in after 10 p.m. The LaSpezia central train station is a 30-minute walk from the suite. I would definitely recommend the Cinque Terre Hub Suite for your visit to LaSpezia. The Nespresso capsules that were offered as a compliment were a nice surprise.

Good facilities Porto Venere was just a 10-15 min drive - well worth a visit. We were going to have dinner there but the pizzeria near the apartment had such good reviews we decided to support local business and give them a try. Fantastic pizzas and ice cold beer - perfect way to end a lovely day!

The guest house, set in a building dating from 1945, is 30 km from Carrara Convention Center and 35 km from Mare Monti Shopping centre. The accommodation provides a lift, and luggage storage for guests. Our host Francesco was very helpful with all our needs. The room itself is beautiful, modern and very clean! And oh, that shower! Location was excellent, just a short walk to the train station for our day trips to Cinque Terre.
