They made my stay in Siracusa memorable. Mauro was extremely helpful and always available for any queries. The photos are exactly the same in person. I love my room Duomo where it had 2 balconies with the best view. Being a solo traveler, I also felt super safe. Thank you for the amazing experience.

There is a coffe machine in the room for an espresso in the morning and a tea kettle. Additionally a tap and glass bottle to refill free filtered cold water in the hallway. (even sparkling) Check in/check out was quick and easy.

The Lady at Rezeption (Owner?) and the all Staff were really friendly , nice and helpful. We had to leave early last day and one of the staff brought us a package of sweets and water . Also they were always made an effort to make Gast to feel comfortable. Also caring the kids, too. I and my husband were very happy to stay this hotel.

All rooms at the Palace San Giorgio come with modern design furniture and are equipped with minibar, air conditioning, and LCD TV with SKY channels. Some rooms overlook the valley and feature a stone bathroom. The staff was always available and kind. There were 2 entrances, and one took you directly to the center of Ragusa Ibla. The room was big and very confortable. The breakfast was also good, and we slept very well during the night.

We arrived early and Stefano made everything possible to comfort us from the first step in his property. Early check in, explanation of all surrounding sightseeing spots, recommendation of his fav. restaurants. Just overall it felt as arriving to a family or friends home!

The staff were really helpful and gave us tips where to go to feel the local vibes and tell us about the life in Siracusa. The room was very comfortable and clean. Also, the location is close to the local sightseeing spots even by foot, including Ortigia Island. They offered a great variety of breakfast, both continental style and sweet pastries, water and juices, and a very tasty coffee -different style. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Siracusa and would recommend it to everyone else.
