Great breakfast with lots of local dishes. The room was comfortable. The location was convenient as well. Most attractions can be reached by foot, and there’s the metro too which is only a few blocks away. The staff is exceptional. They even stored my luggage for two days until I stayed at this hotel again. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Sapporo.

Great Location directly at Odori Park, the rooms were very clean and mine also had a washing machine (incl. detergent) and a microwave, which was very handy as I could just throw my dirty clothing into the washing machine and go for a walk for however long i liked to.

The location is excellent. Right next to JR Sapporo station and very close to Daimaru. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need, even some bonus ones like a basic hair scrunchy.

It was spacious which is a big plus and very comfortable. The kitchen area was large enough to cook decent meals, the sink size was generous and the condiments provided were a very thoughtful touch. This makes a big difference when preparing meals. We also like the soft music and fragrance in the hallway welcoming us to our home away from home. The location is a short drive to the supermarket. The appliances were of high quality i.e. Dyson hairdryer, microwave and cutlery and utensils. It has been well maintained.

Lovely location, so peaceful, beautiful walk from the hotel too. We skied Furano and it was so nice to drive back to the peace of the hotel and ghe beautiful onsen!

The place is incredibly beautiful with view to the lake. The room has the nice hot bath + the public onsen of the hotel. The Breakfast is very good with an option of traditional or western. The staff was very helpful. We had great time
