If you want to go out of the beaten path and explore the rural side of Japan, this is absolutely the best place!

There is a iconic pub just diagonal across the street and the owner makes the best Gyoza and yakitori 🥟 the rooms are spacious and clean.

A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

It offers free Wi-Fi throughout the propert and free parking is on-site. Beautiful traditional building that was kept immaculately clean, beds were super comfy and heating was perfect. The ladies running the inn were so nice, and went above and beyond to help us with our requests, even though we could not speak Japanese. Highly recommend this place! The bath here was so lovely too. A big thank you to the ladies running the inn for their superb hospitality! :)
