Kitchen fully equipped with grill, microwave oven, pan stoves, dishes and cutlery, fridge. The toilets are shared but there are plenty in the inn. Kotatsu in the shared living room! Ayana san, the person taking care of the place, is super helpful and friendly (she gave me a lot of tips about the local baths, to contacting the bus station to make sure I got the right information for onward journey).

The guesthouse is so charming and the hosts Yuko & Gabriel are so nice and accommodating. Gabriel who is the chef is so attentive in preparing a great breakfast set suitable for Muslims. They also provide free shuttle to and fro Kiryu station which is much appreciated. Definitely will stay here again! :)

The hotel is across the street from the bus terminal. Lawson is next to the hotel and that makes shopping easy.

The owner is very friendly and welcoming and provided a lot of great insights to the history of the property. Amazing experience (I stayed 3 nights). - amazing staff (in particular the lady in charge who speaks English and is very helpful (how to wear a yukata, how to bath in onsen, explaining local delicacy) - location: walking distance from everything but also a more charming place than traditional downtown kusatsu hotel (especially next to the park) - food ! Please book breakfast and at least try dinner once (very generous 12+ courses even if more pricey than regular plate but quality and quantity were insane) - large rooms with futon and beautiful view (only 10 rooms in this hotel), Onsen quiet and always on - yukata + kimono

There was a shuttle service, which was really appreciated. The communication was perfect.

Free private parking is available on site and free WiFi is available in all guest rooms. At a convenient location outside the busy Yubatake area. The staff are very lovely, patient and kind. The place is well kept. The welcome sweets and breakfast are unique and delicious.
