Our room was clean, quiet and had a nice view of the city of Yamagata. The staff at the reception was very friendly and they helped us with every request we had. :) We really appreciated that we didn’t have to change our room even though we extended our stay with a second booking. We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to book again. :)

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff takes care of everything very well. The bathrooms are shared, but it is not inconvenient. We were very happy with everything, thank you!

THe highlight of our stay was the hospitable and welcoming staff. Shout out to Miss Alicia. She is a gem of a woman and went several extra miles to make our stay an unforgettable one. We loved the breakfast with the fresh salmon everyday. Location - Well, you can't get anything better. Get out of the Shinkansen, walk for 5 mins and voila... straight into the hotel.
