Room was great, hosts were very kind and helped us plan our travels in the area, and the black lab was adorable.

Wonderful place, the friendly host always available and helpful. Everything was warm and clean. It's located a bit outside the town, but within walking distance, about a kilometer. Much more enjoyable than a hotel, and more economic since you can prepare your own meals. Perfect if you travel with kids and need a bit space.

The property is situated 2.4 km from Sokcho Expo Tower, 3.3 km from Yeongnangho and 12 km from Seoraksan Cable Car. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a shared lounge and organising tours for guests. Everything. The guesthouse is located adjacent to seaport so you can feel and smell the sea breeze, also it is only walking distance to open markets that sells everything you need. The guesthouse is very hommy and the owner is very friendly and can speaks few languages fluently (Chinese, English, Indonesian...). I recommend to choose family room with sea view if you travel with 4-5 people. Big room, seaport view with seagulls chirping sound every morning. There is also recommended seafood restaurant at around 200 m back of the hotel, but you need to come before closing time at 8.15 pm. Will definitely stay in this guesthouse if we go back to Sokcho.

Zio Pinetree is located on the beachfront in Yangyang, 1.6 km from Hajodae Beach and 22 km from Daepo Port. The property is around 36 km from Seorak Waterpia, 10 km from Osan-ri Prehistory Museum and 16 km from Naksansa Temple. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was perfect, especially the host which was quite friendly and responsive. Anything we needed or asked for was resolved in few minutes. The appointment is spacious, clean and the location is good and close to the beach.
