The staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon departure, we forgot a pair of shoes in the room by accident: the reaction of the staff was very friendly and helpful, it was no problem to arrive once again and take them. To sum up, we really recommend the hotel. We liked it so much that we came back here once again a few days later.

The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, well-equipped, the staff is very polite and friendly. It is a very good option if you wish to explore the city of Luxembourg or other places in the country: there is a railway station nearby, and the trains and public busses are completely free within the country! If you arrive by your own car, the parking may be crowded during the evening times when the restaurant is full. But still, you may try leaving your car at a public parking place at the railway station, and moving it closer to the hotel when more parking places are available. To sum up, highly recommended!
