Boasting a garden and views of city, Riad Green House is a recently renovated guest house set in Fès, 1.7 km from Royal Palace Fes. This was the best Riad of my six-night stay in Morocco. I wished all the accommodations were like this! It was so beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had gotten used to most Riads smelling like the sewage system—some quite strongly, others just a little—but this one, not at all! The staff were very welcoming. Special thanks to Mustafa for the wonderful hospitality! If I ever return to Fès, I don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else.

Offering a restaurant, Riad Al Makan is located in the old Medina of Fez, 3 minutes' walk from the Blue Gate. Free WiFi access is available. Chouara Tanneries is 1.5 km walk away. It’s an incredibly beautiful riad rivalling palaces for the decor. Quite easy to find once you get your bearings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely rooftop to have tea in the evening.

Offering a restaurant and a terrace overlooking the medina, Riad Baba is located in the Medina of Fès. Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. We loved our stay at Riad Baba. The place was beautiful and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and the location is very centric too. Overall it is great value for money.

The riad’s intimate size makes it feel like a private retreat, offering a level of calm and seclusion that larger hotels can’t replicate. The staff at Riad Farah was exceptional. They greeted us with a refreshing glass of mint tea upon arrival and provided personalized service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was met—whether it was helping with directions, arranging transport, or recommending the best local eateries. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Omar, Maria and Anuar who made our stay the most beautiful of all Riad experiences in Morocco! Furthermore, one of the most wonderful experiences was the cooking class we took with Chef Omar! Very recommended! He did not only show us the art of cooking with a Tajine but went to the market with us, sharing his insightful knowledge about Morocco and the Amazigh culture. Set within 4.6 km of Royal Palace Fes and 4 km of Fes Railway Station in Fès, Riad Hikaya - Fes Story features accommodation with seating area. the staff at the riad were exceptional, they responded to all of our needs, answered all our questions and were very helpful overall. The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.
