Mohamed, our host and the 2 ladies who work with him where outstanding. Mohamed answered all our questions and guided us on navigating the area. We loved staying in and eating the food prepared in the Riad and the service provided. We ended up spending pleasant meals and evenings with the other guests on the terrace and created lifetime memories.

From the very first moment Otman was very helpful with his heart-warming attitude. Location was great, Riad was very beautiful, bathroom was well equipped, terrace was great to enjoy the views, breakfast was abundant, great variety of both continental and local food.

Offering a restaurant, Riad Al Makan is located in the old Medina of Fez, 3 minutes' walk from the Blue Gate. Free WiFi access is available. Chouara Tanneries is 1.5 km walk away. We,were 2 couples and stayed at Anex which was very close and convinient to the main building. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They accompained and helped us to.park near the hotel on the first day. The waiters at the dining area (Bedar and Haitam) in the terrace were very friendly, polite and professional patient with all our questions and their advices and suggestions.

Also warned us to print out our boarding passes (it seems as Fes airport does not accept mobile boarding passes). Great breakfast. The heater / air conditioner worked great and it was no problem to run it through the night (make sure to hang a sock in front of the LED-Display ;-)).

They were always available when we needed anything and offered great suggestions for things to do and see in the area. The riad itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Set within 4.6 km of Royal Palace Fes and 4 km of Fes Railway Station in Fès, Riad Hikaya - Fes Story features accommodation with seating area. the staff at the riad were exceptional, they responded to all of our needs, answered all our questions and were very helpful overall. The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

Wonderful helpful considerate staff. Amazing family running the hotel and very kind and generous too.... invited us to eat Morrocan food . The room was clean, modernity and exceptional to a very high standard. The location was good.....clean and organised area.not too far from the large carfour. The pool was massive part of choosing this place and doesn't disappoint. Thanks.to everyone and see you again soon!!

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Riad Old City Palace features accommodation with an indoor pool and free WiFi. It is situated 3 km from Royal Palace Fes and provides room... Everything about the property is perfect! But the staff especially Mohammed and Aziz are exceptional in service! He accommodated us with all our needs!

Set within 2.2 km of Royal Palace Fes and 400 metres of Fes Railway Station, Penthouse-fes offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fès. This is our best stay in Morocco. Convenient location, which is nearby the train station. Clean and neat inside, safe and sound overnight. The facilities make us feel like in Europe. Very morden and natural style decoration. And the house holder is so nice and warm. He checked pharmacies accessibility for us because one of us was suffering from severe cough. And we were gifted free water when we left. Such a lovely city, such a warm stay. If any of my friends would come to Fes for tourism, Penthouse would my first recommendation.
