Mohamed answered all our questions and guided us on navigating the area. We loved staying in and eating the food prepared in the Riad and the service provided. We ended up spending pleasant meals and evenings with the other guests on the terrace and created lifetime memories.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and so genuinely nice. They were always available when we needed anything and offered great suggestions for things to do and see in the area. The riad itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean, and the food was absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

This is our best stay in Morocco. Convenient location, which is nearby the train station. Clean and neat inside, safe and sound overnight. The facilities make us feel like in Europe. Very morden and natural style decoration. And the house holder is so nice and warm. He checked pharmacies accessibility for us because one of us was suffering from severe cough. And we were gifted free water when we left. Such a lovely city, such a warm stay. If any of my friends would come to Fes for tourism, Penthouse would my first recommendation.
