What I liked the most was the location, the stunning views from the window and the bedroom, and the pool. Above all, I truly appreciated the incredible dedication of the concierge team – their help, availability, and excellent selection of additional activities on the island, as well as their great restaurant recommendations. On our arrival we met Santa at the reception desk. She was pleasant and explained the property to us. We were on the far right side of the resort. Very quiet, no issues whatsoever. Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and smiling. Carlo from entertainment was fun and made the activities exciting. Diane, Kenesha, and Marie at the bar were excellent servers, and pleasant. Jimmy from the restaurant was a favorite as well. Wonderful vacation. Beautiful views and stunning sunsets.
