The whole place is just so cute. You come inside and smell the Jasmin flowers. We arrived at 5 in the morning from the night bus and one of the ladies working there welcomed us very friendly. The several courtyards are wonderfully decorated and there are several places to sit - in the shade but also on terraces. The women in the kitchen are just amazingly warm people, greeting you with a smile and even preparing breakfast for you at 4 in the morning. The staff is incredibly helpful and tries to find a solution for everything - one of them walked with us around in the neighborhood to find an open lavanderia on a Sunday. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hot water bottle as it can get cold at night - but this is just because I am a person that gets cold easily.

The staff is extremely kind and attentive. The spa pool is amazing and the view of the Agua volcano from the spa restaurant is gorgeous. This area feels like paradise. The hotel is large and has so many beautiful spots to just be in peace and quiet. The cleaning staff to a great job at keeping the place spotless.
