The location is near to boundaries of Bardiya national park. Beautiful view from roof top ( balcony) and there is lot of open areas and greenery within this property. Great place close to Bardia. Wonderful staff and guides. They will arrange any kind of activity-jeep trip or walk, full day or half day. They organize it to your wishes, depending on what you hope to see. We even had a feast at a village house, with home made rice wine (fire water). Sitting around a fire, we had a great evening. I give this resort the highest recommendation possible.

Bardia Kingfisher Resort is located in Dhakela, 500 metres from Bardia National Park. Free WiFi access is available in this resort. The accommodation will provide you with a patio and a seating area. Great local family owned guest house with very friendly staff. Much of the food is locally sourced, including the rice that is grown in the family's own rice paddy. Guides were very good; determined to find a tiger for me, which they did even though they are hard to see at this time of year.
