We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... Nice and spacious room. Staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was good, in a safe area and a short ride away from many attractions. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in Lima.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our Peru visit. Absolutely loved it, it's a fantastic hotel! The central location, plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Comfortable and spacious rooms with everything we needed. The quirky design, colors, details. Wonderful breakfast buffet with exceptionally accomodating schedule: 6-11am and until 12 noon on Sundays. The 13th floor swimming pool with city views. Well-equipped gym with Technogym machines. We took the hotel's transfer service to the airport upon our departure, courteous, professional and stress-free service. And the personnel is amazing, everybody is so kind, friendly and professional. Attractively situated in the Miraflores district of Lima, Casa Pucllana Miraflores - Hotel Boutique is situated 2.9 km from Waikiki Beach, 2.8 km from Larcomar and 5.5 km from Museum of the Nation. Angelita was a wonderful receptionist at the front desk. She is very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to drop off our bags hours before check-in so we could start exploring unimpeded. She suggested great dining options nearby and allowed an early check-in when our rooms were ready. I can't say enough good things about her. She is a gem. The rooms were very clean and nice. The housekeeping staff do a great job. Breakfast was excellent, too. Great location. My whole family was impressed.
