Everything is so comfortable and clean. Gluten free breakfast, with a lot of fruits , salads and homemade jam. With empanadas and omlette station. The staff constantly fills the jars and it always feels like the food tray is not even touched by anybode else. with french french toaste, pancake and crepes as options. Breakfast was absolutely the highlight of our stay. The shower was very comfortable too. The hair products were so fit to my hair. Loved the food at the restaurant upstairs.

Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu has a privileged location, in the middle of the best gastronomic area of Miraflores; at walking distance from the best restaurants in Peru, such as: Cevicheria La Mar,... We were very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. We will definitely recommend and hope to stay again. The hotel itself is in a really nice area of Miraflores surrounded by gorgeous coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly, helpful and even packed us a breakfast when we checked out early. The hotel is staffed 24/7 and feels very safe.

The room was spacious and had an aircon. Breakfast was included and although not the most amazing options some fruit a piece of toast did the trick for me. The hotel was quick to communicate with my last minute booking and organised a reasonable airport pick up for me as well.

Situated in the financial and residential district San Isidro in Lima, this hotel is ideal for business and leisure travellers. It features modern accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool and WiFi. I was kindley greeted by the staff even at the late hours that i reached at the hotel, i was escorted to the room and also received a small crash course of the facilities, the staff knew i had a tour at 4 am and they offered me a breackfast bag for me to take on my tour!!
