We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with something for every taste. Starting the day with such incredible food and a breathtaking view of the city and the ocean was pure bliss. Souma was our perfect escape—an oasis of peace and sophistication in one of South America's busiest cities. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of fruit and all possible options. The room was very big and specious! The location next to the el Olivar park I was upscale, very lush and green, quiet with lots of security police due to many embassies in the area We enjoyed the pool on top of the hotel with its relaxing atmosphere.
