The hosts are very generous with their food, boating, and hospitality in general, including planning trips and such. You need a vehicle (or can rent theirs). I had rented a scooter in town and enjoyed this particular corner of the island.

We loved everything about our experience and stay with Isabella and Edward. They are wonderful hosts and their property is clean and in a fabulous location. You will need a car to travel to them. You should hire a car anyway to see the entire island, its gorgeous. We enjoyed conversing with the other guests during our stay and the breakfast of bread and fresh fruit was delightful. We highly recommend staying at La Maison Du Voyage and look forward to going back!

Set in Tahu-Naoe in the Raiatea region, Fare Raniarii offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property has garden and inner courtyard views. Amazing house and a very kind owner. Huge patio, washing machine, very well equipped kitchen, working AC in every room, newly renovated. Highly recommend!

Camping Nany er staðsett í Taputapuapea á Raiatea-svæðinu og er með garð. Einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum á þessum nýlega enduruppgerða gististað. Jeremy is a really lovely host, he took us shrimp fishing the first night. He also offered bikes and a kayak free of charge. I would highly recommend staying here.
