We stayed for 7 days and everyone treated me and my son like "family." Special mention to the front desk staff and manager, Izabela Buraczewska. We came from Canada and our trip to Bialystok was to see my Polish wnuk and celebrate his 3rd birthday. Isabela went out of her way in helping me order a custom-made cake for my grandson on short notice. The birthday celebration was a success and everyone enjoyed the cake from the cukiernia she recommended. Also, the dining staff were all great and did their best to communicate in English (particularly Vlad? - one of the male servers. Pardon me if I got his name wrong). The hotel's location is a stone's throw from the famous Lipowa Street and so accessible to all the beautiful places and attractions of the city. We will definitely stay again in this hotel the next time we visit Bialystok. More power to the management and staff!
