We booked one night here as an alternative to an airport hotel. Our brief stay was beyond what we expected. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. The complex is only a year old so everything is new and nicely appointed in both the public areas and guest suites. We had to be at the airport for 3:5O am and happily the transfer they arranged worked without a hitch. Breakfast was included in the rate and we appreciated the boxed breakfast that was left for us in the lobby. Though we didn’t know at the time of booking, the car rental agency we used was just around the corner so that made for a stress free return of our car. We’ve been to Portugal five times and our experience at Formosa for the final night of our airport stays rates as the best . Highly recommend it.

I decided to treat myself to a birthday vacation road trip and spent my birthday on board one of the many beautiful homeboats in the marina of Albufuera. Joana and Clara were absolutely amazing in making the rental process a joy. They made me feel very welcomed and pampered! Checking up on me periodically throughout my stay to see if I needed anything. What an amazing staff! I have have never experienced this professional and yet personal care in the Algarve before this. I highly recommend a stay in one of their beautiful, clean and modern homeboats and give an 11 out of 10. I will be making my birthday celebration with them (as a tradition) from now on. This place is pure perfection - responsive host, easy access, smooth self check-in, spotless bathroom, neat and perfectly clean bedroom and common space, with everything that made my winter stay there warm: additional blankets, termophore, gas induced fireplace heater. Direct sunlight straight to the shower in the morning was really just a cherry on top of stylish rustic decor and fantastic vibe. Could not recommend it more!

The sweet treats left at the door in the morning were a charming detail 😍 If I ever come back to Faro, I will definitely stay here again Thank you for everything ❤️
