Beautiful House by the lake! The living room is amazing, such a pleasure to wake up there, look at the big windows and enjoy the sunrise on the lake! Very quiet place. We were there mi-october and were welcomed by Northern lights the first night 😍 We had the pleasure to meet the owner of the House, really nice.

I had a great stay at Aurora River Camp! The owner was incredibly kind and caring, making sure everything was perfect during my visit. While the hotel isn’t located in the downtown area, they offer convenient transport for 300 SEK, which was really helpful. The location is excellent—just across from the famous Ice Hotel and an extra 20-minute walk to the reindeer sites from the Ice Hotel. They also arrange various activities, making it a great spot for those looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation. The atmosphere was so peaceful that I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for a cozy and personalized experience in nature!

Ronnie and Samantha, the owners, went out of their way to pick us up and ensure we got back safely. Their kindness and the helpful advices we received throughout our stay made us feel genuinely cared for. The location of the hotel is perfect for witnessing the mesmerizing northern lights. It was a breathtaking experience that made our New Year incredibly special—a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. The place has a very beautiful view with an accommodation that is carefully thought through and provided for all that we needed. Järvevaatega Camp Caroli Mini lodge asub Kiirunas, 21 km kaugusel Esrange kosmosekeskusest ja 24 km kaugusel LKAB külastuskeskusest. We stayed at the mini lodge for a couple of nights in late September. The place is quite cozy and convenient. The best feature of it - by far - is the view. Right in front of the lake, with only a thin line of trees. We got some pretty good views of the aurora from inside the cabin. The attached picture was taken from inside (using a tripod of course). You can literally catch the aurora while seating on the couch or on the armchair! Relatively secluded as well, as it is located at the end of the road.
