The balcony at Cozy Cabin was the best part of our stay. It offers an elevated view of the surrounding and let us snap some nice pictures of the Northern lights. There is a bit of light pollution but manageable. It was windy one night and being able to hop into the cabin to stay warm quickly is a big plus. Marc was the most gracious host i've met. Thank you.

I had a beautiful vacation at the Aurora River Camp. We had one of the glass igloos facing the river and spent 4 wonderful nights there. We saw the aurora on all four nights. The igloo comes with a small kitchenette and emergency toilet. There is a really comfortable and cozy common house with a kitchen, toilet and luxurious breakfast. Tony and all the staff are super approachable and helpful. We had the sauna and barbeque at the camp which were amazing experiences. We saw a grand show of the Northern Lights on our last day there and the best part was that we could enjoy it from the warmth of our room. There are lots of fun activities at the camp and around it. I would highly recommend the Husky sledding.

One particular incident truly highlighted their dedication. Our car broke down in the middle of the road, 32 kilometers away from the hotel. Ronnie and Samantha, the owners, went out of their way to pick us up and ensure we got back safely. Their kindness and the helpful advices we received throughout our stay made us feel genuinely cared for. The location of the hotel is perfect for witnessing the mesmerizing northern lights. It was a breathtaking experience that made our New Year incredibly special—a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. You can really feel the care and passion behind the place. Communication with the team was always clear, friendly and helpful. A perfect place to fully disconnect and experience the North. Highly recommended — we would happily come back!

This was a last minute booking for us as we had missed our train to Abisko and so we did not have high hopes for the place, but we were mildly surprised. The host, was just amazing, even let us know when the lights appeared. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy. The host was even kind enough to show us around town a little and the drop us off to the train station. It is a great stay and very affordable. Trust the place and go in head first, eyes closed 😁
