Camp Caroli Family House is a recently renovated holiday home in Jukkasjärvi, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. Beautiful House by the lake! The living room is amazing, such a pleasure to wake up there, look at the big windows and enjoy the sunrise on the lake! Very quiet place. We were there mi-october and were welcomed by Northern lights the first night 😍 We had the pleasure to meet the owner of the House, really nice.

I had a great stay at Aurora River Camp! The owner was incredibly kind and caring, making sure everything was perfect during my visit. While the hotel isn’t located in the downtown area, they offer convenient transport for 300 SEK, which was really helpful. The location is excellent—just across from the famous Ice Hotel and an extra 20-minute walk to the reindeer sites from the Ice Hotel. They also arrange various activities, making it a great spot for those looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation. The atmosphere was so peaceful that I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for a cozy and personalized experience in nature!

Host was very friendly. Gave me a tour of the place and ensured I had key. I liked my name on the board outside the door too. Made me feel appreciated. Kitchen had essential items to cook and make coffee. I would stay again and for longer if given opportunity.

Set in Kiruna and only 23 km from Kiruna Train Station, Camp Caroli Mini lodge offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed at the mini lodge for a couple of nights in late September. The place is quite cozy and convenient. The best feature of it - by far - is the view. Right in front of the lake, with only a thin line of trees. We got some pretty good views of the aurora from inside the cabin. The attached picture was taken from inside (using a tripod of course). You can literally catch the aurora while seating on the couch or on the armchair! Relatively secluded as well, as it is located at the end of the road.
