Camp Caroli Family House is a recently renovated holiday home in Jukkasjärvi, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. An excellent and cozy house with a wonderful view from the windows on the shore of a beautiful lake. Clean, beautiful interior with fireplace. The owner Stefan was very welcoming and friendly.

Offering a terrace and river view, Aurora River Camp Glass igloos & cabins is situated in Kiruna, 19 km from Kiruna Train Station and 17 km from Kiruna Bus Station. The igloo was fantastic. Small but equipped with everything you need. We saw the Aurora from inside the igloo. Incredible experience. You are right on the river which is frozen in Winter and so you can walk across to the Ice Hotel and a great museum/restaurant. Toni and his wife are fantastic hosts.

Everything about this place is amazing, the best value by far in the area! If you like nature this place is the best ever!!! You even hear the river at night. Beautifull short hike from the house along the river to a stone beach on the lake. Close enough to train station to walk.

Host was very friendly. Gave me a tour of the place and ensured I had key. I liked my name on the board outside the door too. Made me feel appreciated. Kitchen had essential items to cook and make coffee. I would stay again and for longer if given opportunity.

For dinner go to the fjällstation (reservation!), it‘s about 15 min walk to the fjällstation, 10 min to the bus stop.

The property matches the description really well. It was a bit larger than expected actually and super comfortable beds, duvets, sheets, plenty of soft pillows. Ultra clean. BUT… the really huge quality of this place is its uniqueness! Located in a very quite, secluded place at the very end of a winding road towards a stunning lake, the mini-lodge opens up as a one-of-a-kind oasis of calmness and beauty. You can really see the lake from your seat or bed and - whether permitting - see the Northern light in its fullest glory as ever moving curtains of light above the lake against the background of mountains. The only sounds are the wind whispering through the trees, the water ebbing and flooding softly against the shore and some occasional fish grasping your attention as are plenty of water birds. I found the sauna also a big bonus, again because of its location, cleanliness and authenticity: wooden fire flickering - no electrical stove :-)
