The owners live next door and spoke fluent english and were charming and helpful. Nearby there is a beautiful lake and some really nice old villages and hiking trails. We drove the 3 hours to the Norwegian border through some wonderful snow covered landscape and visited the skiing areas to soak up the winter atmosphere. I recommend this cottage if you want to enjoy the local hikes, lake and villages and also the nice small town of Mora.

The cottage itself is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. We had a great sleep in the bunk bed and were very warm there, while there was -12 outside. We also appreciated the owners support for our country, Ukraine. It was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to returning here in the summer.
