It is not fake or performative, the people that work here are the best and very warm. The hotel rooms are very Clean. The airco was good, and beds are comfortable for a good night sleep. Felt very at home, and the shower was very good and great water pressure.

I booked this hotel because of its location close to the airport. I had a connecting flight with a very early departure. My arrival in Bangkok was also early, so the included shuttle service upon arrival and departure was really helpful. The ride between the hotel and the airport takes about 20 minutes. The communication with the hotel was timely and smooth, and everything worked as planned. I checked in early in the morning, had a good sleep, and left at night. The room looked bland (which is surprising for the colourful Thailand), but the bed was perfect, the hot shower refreshing, and the room was quiet. I ordered lunch in my room and the food was tasty and well-priced.

The hotel facilities are brand new, very clean, every detail was selected with taste and we loved staying there. The street can be quite busy during the day but we did not hear any noise when inside. The mattress was very comfortable, the bathroom is big, breakfast includes a nice buffet, there is a nice swimming pool, a restaurant, a gym. We truly recommend staying at Pranakorn.

O restaurante é ótimo, apesar dos preços um pouco mais elevados. Única ressalva é o café da manhã, que apesar do salão amplo o fluxo de pessoas é enorme e fica um pouco confuso.

I spent 5 nights in the hotel and decided to also stay here 2 more nights after coming back from Krabi. The hotel is great, staff is excellent and very helpful, the rooms are big and very clean, breakfast is excellent with lot of options. The bars (at the pool and on the roof) are also great, i have enjoyed a lot staying at the pool bar after a busy day in Bangkok. I can only recommend this hotel and surely will choose this one again when back to Bangkok.
