We loved the extra little touches, such as the free snacks and drinks. The hotel bikes are also free to use and are well maintained. The gym (also free) was large, well equipped, and very clean. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice to please every taste. Above all, and without exception, the staff are all lovely.
