The new Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort – SHA Plus is an absolute beachfront property situated on Bangsak beach, a long stretch of coastline off the Andaman Sea, just a 90 minute drive from Phuket International Airport. Au, Shane, Tum, Baw, Pal and every single staff of them were just amazing, super helpful and always smiling at the customers. We are a family of 5 (parents with 15y, 13y & 9y). I loved how clean is the room and good space of the resort. Pool time and beach walks were our favorites, it would have been more fun if they had a slide and a deeper pool, but it still amazing.

The resort boasts a 3.2 km lagoon pool. We loved everything about our stay here. The concept of JW Marriot to integrate nature, community and guests is just great. Accommodations are superb, rooms beautifully decorated and functional, staff is a joy, restaurants delicious, although expensive for the area. Experiences offered (Shark conservation; visit to JW Marriot farm; bike to temple and elephant home) were all reasonably priced and soooo great. The longest continuous pool in South East Asia right at your room's varanda is fantastic. Also the free transfer to the village market and downtown is useful. All in all, a 10 ! Looking forward to visiting this fantastic resort & spa again.
