Excellent place both comfort and convenience. Coffee,tea with toast and biscuits in the morning is very nice for guests. Parking is ample.

The pool was large and the rooms had plenty of space for a family. Good off street parking for a car. A basic breakfast.

It’s in a quiet nature area near the Sukhotai historic park. The swimming pool area is nice and is shared with the adjacent hotel. Excelent wifi. Free private parking available. We had room 7 facing the swimming pool on the 1st floor. The room was clean and cosy. Bicycles for hire for 50B per day.

Location is the selling point here, located less then 500 meters from the entrance of the historical park. They rent bicycles and scooters for the guests and also provide coffee in the reception area. The neighbourhood has a 7eleven, fruit and vegetable market, massage parlours and lot of local eateries. The hotel parking is large and convenient for personal vehicles.

beautiful hotel in grand surroundings. staff excellent, meals were good, room was fine. has own parking, important. the pool water was luke warm, everyone seemed to take a swim to cool off.

Amazing pool, clean room and bathroom, tasty inexpensive food, plenty of parking. The room was well designed with bedside table, lighting and electric sockets. The staff were all helpful and attentive.

With a private parking, big & clean rooms and a very friendly (smiling) host - we couldn't pick a better place to stay at. our children and us had a wonderful time here. there are free to use bikes and complmentry tea/coffee and snack all day. very generous, very thoughtful, very well done. We highly recomand Smilingface guest house
