They called tuk-tuks for us when we needed them. The rooms were clean and cool. They did laundry for us.

Absolutely fabulous stay, such calm and green oasis in Sukothai. We loved our quiet mornings in the garden, meeting the owner’s dog, jumping in the pool and just chillin. Great base for exploring the area.

We were greeted by the owner and lovely Panda! The owner was so helpful in helping us rent bikes and book further travel the following day. The facilities were great and in a good location and she cooked us a lovely dinner. Would recommend!

Our stay at The Yard Sukhothai was perfect. The apartment is a standalone little house with large windows overlooking a beautiful private garden, where we had breakfast every morning surrounded by trees and birds. The furniture is made of warm wood, the bed is comfortable, and it has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The location is ideal if you want to explore Old Sukhothai: less than a 5-minute walk from the spectacular temple ruins, as well as the nightlife of the night market and the main street. Despite this, the apartment is on an incredibly quiet street where the only sounds are the animals around. Lastly, the host’s attention was unbeatable. She helped us with everything we asked for (motorbike rental, laundry, taxi to the airport…) Always with a smile, she made us feel the warmth of her hospitality. She also shared a folder full of recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, and services. Sukhothai has been a wonderful surprise. We recommend getting lost on a scooter through the surrounding rice fields and visiting the temples at sunset. And our stay at The Yard made everything truly perfect. Thank you, and we hope there will be a second time!

The beautiful buildings surrounded by trees and farmland. The wonderful people who greeted us upon an earlier than scheduled arrival, and went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable. Amazing dinner and breakfast. (Way more than we could eat) such a tasty selection. Everything is so clean and made for a very welcome relaxing stay
