Really Nice Homestay with very friendly owners who prepared the most gorgeous Thai Breakfast every morning, They even cooked especially Vegetarian food for our daughter 💕 We drove around the rice paddy’s and temples on the free bicycles included with the room! Highly recommended 🩵

Very warm welcome. Rooms are well maintained, location is great (very easy to walk to the historical park), and the host is very friendly and helpful. She offer to do laundry for us, provided delicious food (breakfast and snacks), kept our bags while we were roaming around and help us organize our trip to Si Shalanai and to phitsanulok Bus station.

Simply everything. The staff was super friendly and professional, the room is huge, clean and cozy. The whole property is very tidy and clean, it offer a spacious parking and free bikes to rent. The staff of the hotel helped us to arrange tu shuttle bus from and to the airport and also the motorbike rental. The historical site is just about 2km away, an easy 10-15min with bicycle or 2 mins with motorbike. Breakfast was really good and portion is way bigger than we thought. I really could not think of what could be done better here. I would recommend anyone to come here and definetly will come again on our next stay in Sukhotai! Still cannot believe to get this type of room and service for that price!

Exellent hotel in a quite neighborhood, with clean and comfortable rooms. The owner speaks perfect English and is very friendly. We arrived a little bit late, and the owner recommended a nice restaurant just 400 meters away from the hotel. My friends and I really enjoyed ours stay with Lotus PLace.

This is the most amazing place to stay!!! It's a an art gallery, beautifully decorated with some very interesting pieces of art. The room was seriously big, comfortable, water and coffee provided. The location is superb!!! Only a short bike ride from the historical park. The bike was provided by my host and Loi Krathong was in full swing while I was there. What an amazing experience to be part of this festival among thousands of people celebrating! The bike was also nice to get away from the crowds every now and then and explore the surrounding area. The owners were absolutely amazing! Very quick to respond to messages in the booking.com app, which made communication very easy. Also handy as a translation app ;) Very helpful also with regards to my onward travels: urging me to get my bus ticket 3 days in advance (very sensible advise!) and even going out of their way when I could not find accommodation in my next location. They used their powers to find me one and even advanced the required down payment for me. Wow! All in all a great experience in a very special place during a very special time!

Our accomodation looked like a cute little american vintage Motel at a quiet street in a very calm and peaceful area and there are free bicycles to explore the surrounding. In 5min you are in the center of the Old Town with a wonderful Night Market and the entrance to the historical park. Our little bungalow had hard (as usual in thailand) but comfortable beds, a little bathroom and a terrace with chairs and a small table. And the host was just amazing! She was so kind and attentive and even drove us to the busstation, so we didnt't have to walk with all our luggage. Thank you so much! Every morning she served us freshly cooked breakfast and different kinds of fresh fruit. We spent there two nights and got two completely different breakfasts. And the portions were huge!
