Nice quiet location a bit further away from the main road and street. This is my second visit. The details of the decor are a delight! The breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hosts were very nice and accommodating. They also helped us find a good driver to bring us to our next stop in Chiang Mai. The room and premises are very clean.

I had a bike accident in transit so arrived late. When the owners saw me torn and tattered they bundled me in their car and drove me to a pharmacy to get bandages etc. then waited about 20 mins for me to buy some food. That does beyond the call of duty. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was perfect for me. Great place to stay.

Breakfast was excellent both Thai and Western. Staff inquired what our preferences were and prepared a main dish accordingly. Good variety of local fruits and sweet treats. Breakfast is served in the main lodge building which is open. Lovely to hear and see local birds including black storks. Pictures is of our 2 storey villa/cottage building. The endless pool is great as well. Open air sitting area with hammock on the ground floor. Sleeping room and bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub above. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in every room. Staff is amazing. Booked two of the cycling tours with Cycling Sukhothai through the resort. Well worth it as well.

The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a lift to the bus station when we were leaving The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed a dip in the pool.

Pongsip and his wife and staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The food (Penang curry in particular) was delicious, as was the set breakfast (khao tom, fresh fruit platter and fresh orange juice were all amazing). The smoothies they made were fantastic - I don't think I've seen such a comprehensive choice of fruit smoothies anywhere! Aircon in my room was good and the decor was plain but clean and good. I gather that the rooms in the huts have more artistic flair.

This place has five guest rooms in a beautiful property that is also a gallery of excellent traditional Thai art. The people running the place are most friendly and helpful. Bicycles are available for free, which makes going around in Sukhothai, namely its historical park much easier. If you look for a special experience on your travel, that is your pace

Fantastic value for money, amazing location next to the archeological park and the hospitality was nothing short of incredible! The owner provided us with bikes to explore the sites and her own personal motorcycle free of charge! She prepared a rich and tasty home cooked breakfast for us everyday, and as if all that weren’t enough, on our departure day she called the bus company to arrange a pick up closer to our location and drove us to the pickup spot herself, without us even asking. Thank you so much for everything! We’ll never forget you! 🙏🏼
