Everything went astonishingly well. 1) Location: The apartment is within walking distance to the best (and busiest) part of Sidi Bou Said, yet it is very quiet at night. I slept superbly! I had a car with me and could park for free on the road facing the house. I always found an empty space! 2) Facility: The apartment was very clean and well-furnished. I particularly loved the furniture style and overall taste (very Tunisian!). It is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. I especially appreciated the washing machine since I stayed for more than 7 nights. 3) Host: Youssef has been an excellent host. He was very responsive and punctual for the key delivery. I absolutely recommend this flat!

The soul , decor , energy , vibes and on top of that the friendliness of each individual. I thought of trying Four Seasons and then move for my last few days here. I know now for sure next time i am coming i am definitely staying in this one not the four seasons. The beds are so comfy you will sleep better than home. Sana , Jehaan and all the staff are amazing. You will feel at home at all times.

If you want to walk, calculate about 30 minutes between the STUDIO and any of the objectives. There are objectives worth visiting: the Amphitheater (for gladiators), Villas Romanes; Musee de Carthage (under renovation until 2027, but with an interesting outdoor park), Therme D'Antoninu There are sights that are worth a walk: Roman Theater; The port punique There are sights that are not worth the trouble of visiting: Paleo-Christian Museums, Tophet de Salammbo, Quartier Magon, Quartier Didon, Building with columns

I had a delightful stay at Neira, the location was wonderful at the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The owners and staff were very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the communal space well designed and beautifully decorated. I had a great time at the hammam, very cosy vibes and excellent massage. I highly recommend this charming place and will definitely be back !
