Everything was absolutely perfect — it exceeded all my expectations! The staff truly make you feel at home, and the atmosphere genuinely feels warm and welcoming. The view is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Sidi Bou Said, within walking distance of all the charming attractions. It’s also conveniently close to the airport and the Medina, just about 25 minutes away by Indrive, which works perfectly in Tunis and was recommended by the staff. A huge thank you to the entire team — Woujoud, Yasmeen, Rania, Ghofran, Nora, and Najat — for their kindness and hospitality. A very special thanks to Mariem, who was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and radiated such positive energy throughout the place. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I visit Tunis!

Absolutely clean everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated room and in general. Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Good rest because of the quiet environment.

Absolutely everything! The owner was extremely friendly and kind, he invited me to see all his artwork when I arrived and I met his family and had an amazing traditional Tunisian couscous! I spent hours conversing with them - what a lovely experience. He was very thorough on explaining the home and even had fracassie, cheeses, and yogurt available for my arrival. The home was more than I expected. Prefect kitchen with all the ammenities. Bath tub to relax, salon area to chill, massive bedroom with fun and gorgeous decorations all over the home. It was close to the city as well as the beach, lovely cafe close by and supermarket for anything you need it just a 2 min walk. I was also given a few unexpected gifts before my departure, and this was so lovely and kind! I will def be renting this place again when I return to Tunisia in April! We loved everything about it. It‘s a sweet place in great location - an easy walk to restaurants and the heart of Sidi Bou Said. The host has put very personal touches to make guests feel welcome. We especially appreciated the generous offerings for breakfast the next day. The host was also great with communication and responded to quickly. Check in and out was easy. The place was just right for two people, and we love the outdoor seating with a he Olive tree and plants. It was very comfortable and nice. We would have loved to stay longer.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Neira Boutique Hotel and Spa in Sidi Bou Said, where we spent 2 nights and 3 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is brand new, elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed, perfectly matching the charm of Sidi Bou Said. The spa experience was cosy and outstanding — I enjoyed both a massage and a hammam, and it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapists were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. A special highlight of my stay was the breakfast and the lady who prepares it. It was absolutely delicious, fresh, a fusion between Tunisian and continental and beautifully presented, with a great variety that made mornings something to look forward to. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional.Including the owners, a couple, who are multilingual making communication very smooth. Prior to our arrival they shared all important info by email, and once we arrived, included us in a WhatsApp group making them reachable if/when needed.They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their kindness and attention to detail really set this hotel apart. I highly recommend Neira Boutique Hotel and Spa to anyone visiting Tunisia and Sidi Bou Said — it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy true hospitality. I would gladly return again and again! ✨
