The maintenance and cleaning staff 10/10. I can't fault it. I will stay again

Featuring free WiFi, Passage Hotel is situated in Ternopilʼ. The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. I am not fluent in Ukrainian, but the front desk staff were able to help me using a translator. They were happy to accommodate my sudden request for multiple nights. I am truly grateful that they always greeted me with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is located in front of the bus terminal, which is very convenient. I plan to go back and will be staying here again! I highly recommend this hotel!

Avalon Palace offers accommodation in Ternopil city centre. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Breakfast was exceptional, above and beyond. The room was perfect for us with a great view of the city... parking was super easy and accessible as well. The security guard was also very kind and gracious (helping children get comfortable and bringing us all bottled water, to us all during the middle of the night when we needed to go to the basement because of bombing. Very good trip.
