The cuisine and the wines are on very decent level but the 10 points come from the stuff - all from security to front desks and the restaurants (sometimes a bit very relaxed on the morning coffee, but that’s all). The places interior is a remarkable combination of Victorian time age elements and contemporary Eastern African art in modern architecture, sounds crazy but well done and well maintained in every little details. The gardens lovely decorated, nice pool (even if small) and extraordinary gym not like often in the last corner of the subgroups but open views in three directions to the hills around Kampala. Also the conference room area looks excellent, even if not yet used. Can imagine this to be a good atmosphere for lengthy negotiations or a good workshop with decent possibilities for break out sessions.
