The setting is really lovely, a mini forest in Poughkeepsie. The hotel is exquisitely designed and furnished, with generous rooms and beautiful fittings, selective but not pretentious. The Snug Room is gorgeous! Breakfast was robust and really good, made of healthy, high quality ingredients. The staff were great too! A really wonderful hotel, exceeding all expectations.

We were in the JImi so had a sweet poster of Jimi Hendrix looking at us..:) Some other cool surprisess like the Dylan flower and turntable with albums. LOVED the wallpaper too. Nice bathroom and bath products. Best part of the hotel is the sweet lobby. I was greeted by four of the most adorable Icelandic dogs you've ever seen. They greeted be with lovin' immediately. :) And, yes the staff were unbelievably nice and accomodating. Brandon made me feel instantly comfortable. I will definitely be going back to the Dylan again in the very near future.
