Free WiFi is available. Breakfast was very good, coffee tasted great. It was very convenient to stay there to go to a play and shopping.

The one potential issue would be the lack of an elevator. If the first floor is booked, you'll have to take the gorgeous stairs. Extra points, a lot of extra points, for providing a real coffee pot with fresh ground coffee that doesn't come in a plastic bag and big porcelain mugs to drink it from.
