Staff was happy to help us with every request. And on top - the location is perfect - very central, and close to numerous metro lines.

Excellent customer service. After more than 24 hr flight we arrived and T accommodated early check in and made us feel so welcome. We even received breakfast vouchers. Only 4 blocks to MOMA – The Museum of Modern Art. Broadway and Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and many of New York City's most famous attractions are also easily accessible. I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

Not only are they super helpful and professional, but they are very welcoming, accommodating and nice :-) The rooms are very spacious for NYC and we highly appreciated the welcome snacks, as well as water bottles & coffee caps being offered every day. The location is perfect, just 15min walk from Times Square & with subway very close by to access any other areas of the city.

There’s a living room, a dinner room and a brand nee kitchen with appliances and courtesy food for a breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful apartment in a secure new building. The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!
