It was just a very pleasant place overall. Friendly staff, quiet pool are, nice breakfast are with coffee, tea, and water, and cookies all day..complementary pool towels to use. It’s like they think of everything. Even a handwritten card saying to enjoy our stay and they are there if we need anything…

Even though the hotel is big the facilities are all really conveniently placed near one another. Had good facilities within the room and free parking with a large car park. Friendly and helpful staff . And the bed is huge and really comfortable.
Location excellent and room large and comfortable. The self parking lot was under construction so I had no option but to use valet parking but the staff there were really helpful.

Great apartment in the city center! The big advantage is that the apartment is fully equipped. The building is finished to a high standard. It has an underground parking lot, a gym and a shared terrace. I will definitely go back there again!
Only stayed 1 night on a trip from Miami but the place was well located in the busy Duval street but was still quiet at night. Room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A small breakfast is also provided. Free parking nearby was suggested by the staff.
Amazing views of Miami Beach! Loved this apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed, great appliances, good location. Car parking was great and valet were very quick. And best of all…great value!

Good location to explore Miami and the Everglades. Staff was helpful and the room service was really very friendly! Large and free parking lot.
Good air conditioning. Nice big fairly comfortable bed although it was very high up! (I’m 5’3 and had to jump up lol). Balcony is a nice place to sit looking into the small but stunning garden and pool. Pool towels are available at no extra cost. Good location close to most things in key west. Clean property which seems hard to come by! Also got free parking, car park is situated on a separate road but is only a few minutes walk away from the hotel.
