Very comfortable and quiet place, the location is great, it has all necessary facilities, supermarket and pharmacy are nearby, there are plenty of restaurants and wineries in the village + the host can give you tips where to get khorovats for take out (with vegetarian options). Check in and check out is very flexible, and overall the owner is very nice. Perfect accomodation for a small group 3-5 and if you want to explore the hiking trails in the area.

Booked two rooms for the family for a night. Everything was great, each room had its own bathroom, everything was clean, the house owners were very friendly and even gave us a bag of their grapes! The only thing was that the water in the shower took time to get hot but it wasn't a big issue for us. The view was just amazing. Thanks to the hosts! Definitely recommend.

We were on our way back from a hike in Artavan to Yerevan when we realized we were too tired to drive all the way and needed a place to stay overnight. We booked a room at Luiza Guest House and despite the late check-in they showed us a super nice hospitality. Volodya, the owner of the guesthouse and vineyard in front of it, invited us to his wine cellar and offered us a free degustation of 4 different types of his amazing wines. But it did not stop there, we went on with taking a bottle with us to their yard and had an amazing late evening drinking wine and chatting with Volodya and his son before going to bed. Overall, it was a very cool experience!
