The location was perfect! It was also very cute and quaint. It was perfect for my friend and I to stay at for a long weekend getaway. Jane was also very sweet and accommodating!

Brett was very responsive and easy to reach with questions before and during our stay. The place was clean, well stocked, and exceeded our expectations. We loved the projector/sound system and the bar area the most, but the entire apartment was perfect for a few nights. The location is great for exploring the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Position was great. Best of both worlds; close to town, yet felt rural and quiet. Cabin was warm and cozy for mid winter. Love the Nordic pine. Facilities were enough for cooking meals and nestling comfortably after busy days. Queen bed was super comfortable.

    The property was private and in quiet location and within a short drive from the main town. It was comfortable for spending many hours relaxing in and lovely to come back to after a full day exploring. We were there during winter and some pretty hectic weather yet we were warm and comfortable. Our host, Brett checked in with us once or twice, and let us know he was not too far away if we needed anything. Brett was very accommodating and it is lovely to be greeted by his dog Chase.

    Brett met us on arrival (along with his friendly dog, Chase!) and explained the facilities and cabin in great detail. He made sure we were comfortable at all times but never intruded on our privacy. The location is close to Kingscote and handy to main roads for adventures, but also private enough for peace.

    Nice cabin in the nature with a quiet environment. The location was perfect as it is close to a town with restaurants, cafes ,a supermarket, and a gas station. Not too far from the ferry and the sightseeing places. We enjoyed the evenings with a wood heater and a movie through the projector. Brett and his Dog Chase are very friendly and Brett cares for his guests. We had our dog with us and it was perfect as the property and cabin is dog friendly. We had a great time on KI and in Brett‘s cabin. We will definitely come back.

    The location and being dog friendly was perfect for us. I loved every moment of it! star gazing and a nice toasty fire to keep you warm! didn't even turn the TV on once we were just too busy enjoying the peacefulness.

    WE loved the location which was quiet and secluded but central to where we needed to go. The owner was communicative and very informative. The cottage was quaint and welcoming but much smaller than we thought. It was pet friendly and we made sure we left no doggie prints.
