Open year-round, Annapolis Royal Inn is located 1.4 km from both National Historic Fort Anne and the Historic Gardens. A complimentary breakfast package consisting of healthy items will be included in the guest's bar fridge in their room.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The office area has a lot of beautiful artwork for sale, but it's also very nice to just look at it. The breakfast was quite good, with a waffle maker and pastries along with fruit and yogurt and so on. The Wi-Fi was good. All the rooms are ground floor and there is sufficient parking for at least one car in front of each room.

Clean rooms, bagged breakfast, pet friendly (at a surcharge), flat surfaces, working plumbing, sufficiently bright, mini fridge, park car in front of room. <5 mins to downtown Annapolis (probably 15+ minute walk). Quiet location with breeze, renovated rooms.

Breakfast was excellent, beautiful location, tasteful decor, gracious & helpful host, welcoming dog. Loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat to this character house run and owned by Susan. Cute Portuguese Water Dog on site as well (they are hypo allergenic), that is well behaved and filled the dog sized hole in my heart while our furry friend is home while we travel.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the host was very accommodating. The outdoor seating area was wonderful. Bailey House is located close to all amenities so easy to walk from there. Lucy, the dog, was a bonus.
