We had a wonderful stay at HOP Apartment. The location was excellent making it easy to explore beautiful Interlaken. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. We especially enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Alex and Sven for their outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time in Interlaken and would gladly stay here again.

The location - right on the platform of Interlaken West train station! And close to lots of restaurants, opposite a shopping center (with Migros supermarket) and a short walk into Interlaken itself. The room - spacious, spotless, very comfortable. Beds were lovely, shower was excellent. The common areas - bar and staff were great. We don't usually use the hotel bars but we had met up with friends from California and it was a great place to hang out in, very relaxing, plenty of charging points, seating etc. The breakfast room - what a fabulous selection! And you can see the trains coming in and out of the station. Note - there is NO NOISE from the trains. The hotel is well sound-proofed. Staff - so helpful and friendly

The location was sooo convenient, there bus stop near and only 2 minutes to train station. there also supermarket near there. and they have lounge area in first floor where we can enjoy cup ramen from supermarket cause they provide microwave and kettle. the breakfast was also good in the range of hostel level. everything was clean even the sharing bathroom are always clean. the storages in bedroom have automatic lock with card, no need to bring padlock! also we can rent the switzerland adapter for 10 swiss franc cash instead of buying it. literally im satisfied!

The hotel is very n8ce and has all the emanities of a 4+ hotel, even for disable or handicapped people. We decided to stay 1 extra night, and the staff accommodated us immediately. It is close to Interlaken Ost station, from where we could go to all mountains with trains and cable cars.

    Beautiful hotel inside and outside, with very nice and caring staff. The location and view toward the square is unmatchable with any others. The food and restaurant qualities are good, and the atmosphere is nice. I traveled with my dog and was very impressed to see the preparations that were made to the room to accommodate his stay (Dog bed, food station, dog cookies, and a sign to hang at the door, when he's left in the room alone)

    The property is unique and excellent. They have managed to retain the property's old charm while including modern amenities. We got the room facing the mountains and the view was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and this place is super pet friendly too. All in all a great stay will definitely recommend

    Friendly staff (they gave us our Interlaken travel pass even before we checked in) and good location with connectivity by bus to Interlaken Ost, Interlaken West & Wilderswil. The property is actually quite huge, however none of the activities are actually active anymore (looks like it shut down a long time ago). The outdoor lawn area and the dining area are great places to hang out. The property also has a friendly St. Bernard dog. Karla. While she's not very active she loves being petted and you can find her sleeping most of the day.

    Right from the receptionists to everything was good there. Excellent scenic location, clloseness to both Interlaken train stations (free access to hotel by bus 105). Gets a warm & family feel in the hotel. Especially the pet dog belonging to St.Bernard breed gave good company. Receptionist Peter was very obliging, helping & hospitable. Recommendeds this resort to others.
